First, watch 2012. This covers Parts 1 and 2. Next, jump over to Stardust Crusaders and Stardust Crusaders 2nd Season, which covers Part 3. Then you'll be completely caught up and ready for Diamond is Unbreakable which covers Part 4 and is currently airing.

Yeah don't skip anything. Part 3 can feel a bit drawn out at times but nothing is really worth skipping.

Skipping part 1 will render you clueless about Hamon, about Speedwagon, Erina, Dio, zombies, stone masks and the “treasure chest” at the beginning of part 3. Also, i literally do not see why would anyone want to skip part 1.

No except yes but still no. Part 1 is full of good stuff but is initially paced really slowly. I'd say episode 3 is where JoJo really shows its stuff. You know, like the part where Dio walks up a fucking pillar, and Jonathan defeats him while they both plummet down through the entire mansion. Stuff like that.
