How do you save Alice in turn to die?
Alice's fate in the second chapter is up to Sara's choices. If Sara chooses to kill the fake Reko in the Final Attraction, Alice will be killed by the fake Reko's head exploding in his arms in the Room of Lies. If the fake Reko is not killed, Alice will survive but both Rekos will die.
Can you save Reko your turn to die?
If Sara chooses to spare the fake Reko in the Subgame, Reko will be murdered by her fake self with a knife in the Room of Lies. If the fake Reko is killed, Reko will survive but Alice will die.
Does your turn to die have an ending?
Bittersweet Ending: The first named ending in the game, fittingly titled Massacre, with a heavy emphasis on bitter. Sara and Nao escape the game, with Nao promising to always be by Sara's side from now on, but it comes at the cost of everyone else's lives.

Why did I not go back to save Alice?
I never realized I could’ve saved Alice but if it meant sacrificing Reko there’s no way I’d go back. I let Kanna die for the same reason but then when Sou lost it and it completely ruined Sara’s night I went back and chose Sou just to see what would happen.

I honestly could not decide between Sou or Kanna dying so I just have 2 different saves that I’m gonna play through when the next part comes out. For me it was Reko and Sou that died. I love both of the Yabusame siblings so both deaths hurt but at least we might find out more about Alice killing the real Sou.
